For each ticketed rider, their experience riding the carousel of time will fluctuate from one to another and yet death comes to us all. Nevertheless, one such experience stems from our ambition to answer the purpose of life question, which is ubiquitous in all living souls and the answer is clear, though it remains elusive to those seeking significance in this temporal life. The 21st Century offers an unrestricted accessibility to God’s word and supporting evidence because in times past documents were scarce and in today’s climate too many people have caged themselves within a personal dark age. While cautionary signs reverberate through time, offering heartfelt advice that we ought to “[b]e sober, be vigilant; because, your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour” (1 Peter 5:8). Nevertheless, with unrestricted access, arises two types of kinetic energy (positive and negative) and when Satan, “the god of this world” (2 Corinthians 4:4) produces writings that masquerade as the “word of God” this infiltration of kinetic energy is blinding too many souls.
Perhaps the greatest method of attack during the earlier three-hundred-years is the discipline of social engineering and their efforts influencing societal attitudes and behaviors towards a large-scale increase in moral depravity. Narcissistic arrogance breeds a predisposed and incessant belief in the right to control and shape societies evolution. These architects of new social constructs make known their “Luciferian doctrine” while posturing themselves as self-appointed autocrats and criticize biblical moralities as intellectually inferior and intolerant.
Generations, like revolutions of the spinning carousel, deliver new social trends which the greatest are malevolent and derives from the children of the Serpent. With every revolution, new trends surface and current trends fade into oblivion, with an exception where one will intermittently reemerge.
Our adversary, Lucifer, he is hellbent on your destruction and it ought to behoove every soul to reckon the warning that “the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out (of heaven) into the earth, and his angles were cast out with him” (Revelation 12:9). The New Testament Christian has the benefit of warning signs along the path they tread and while many ignore these written signs, such as “let no man deceive you by any means” (2 Thessalonians 2.3) to their peril, the sad reality is they rely upon subjectivism as a truth meter.
Jesus the Christ said, “the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge…in the last day” (John 12:48) and the obedient Christian ought to heed these words of Christ. The overall significance of these words, should behoove all obedient followers of the Lord to make sure they have all the correct words from the Lord and not ninety-nine percent? Poison has steadily been injected into Christianity from the first century right through the twenty-first century and “for there shall arise false Christs and false prophets…(and) insomuch that, if it were possible, they should deceive the very elect” (Matthew 24:24). Present-day conditions have not changed, there are “false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will privily (secretly) shall bring in damnable heresies…” (2 Peter 2:1) and those who are not being taught or studying to make sure they have one-hundred percent of Christ’s words are more alert to falsehoods than the brainwashed follower and they often get caught up trusting false teachers. False teachers from Steven L. Anderson, Billy Graham, Franklin Graham, Anne Graham Lotz, Benny Hinn, Fred Phelps, James Dobson, Joel Osteen, Joyce Meyer, Paula White, John Hagee, Les Feldick, Ray Comfort, Rick Warren, T.D. Jakes, and Pat Robertson, etc., not one is a legit teacher, prophet, healer and the sad reality is that their only god, is the Almighty dollar.
History has recorded that Christians suffered extreme persecution due to their unwavering obedience to the Lord Jesus Christ and while the 21st Century through political correctness, have redefined persecution of Christians by labeling them intolerant, which then has silenced the church. Knowledge of different eras, such as the “Dark Ages” remain unclear within the spectator class of the church, in fact, today is rife with religious conflict and vilification of those whom fully submit to the New Testament.
Discernment of the “Dark Ages” derives from two opposing perspectives. The New Testament Christian reckons this moment from history, as explicitly autocratic and these Christians, they rejected the papal doctrines and hierarchy; as they strove to recreate a pure Christianity based upon the New Testament. On the other hand, the followers of the Pope and the Roman Catholic church, believe this same time period as religiously fruitful, along with the unified message, which is often elusive.
Throughout the historical record, intellectuals having postulated a theory; a theory that those who have embraced (any) religious beliefs have fooled themselves and creating a false accepted point of view. Full disclosure, there was a time when I believed that religion was a crutch, for the weak to endure life and in the summer of 2004, I joined the ranks of those follow Christ Jesus. There are many parallels between the First; Fifteenth, and Twenty-first centuries. Sound biblical literature has always been scarce and other biblical works teach emotional, not factual, which cast a veil of doubt. Nonetheless, citizens across time have ignorantly rejected sound doctrine from God and join forces with all the other children of the Devil.
Kids today, find it difficult to grasp the concept of growing up outside, let alone the technological advances in my lifetime and the increasing rate of these advances is mind-boggling. Nonetheless, as sand flows through an hourglass as morality exponentially declines and the popular thought of the moral decay in the ancient Roman society, is a foreshadowing for America’s own ruin.
The carousel of time offers you a limited window wherein you can obey the gospel plan for salvation, through hearing, believing, repenting, confessing, and being baptized will place in the church that Christ built. The winds of time echo with a reminder that each day is a gift and not a given guarantee, so leaving no stones unturned in your journey is paramount. As we walk through the temporal life, remaining steadfast in the words from the book, Second Timothy and chapter three, beginning in verse one: “[t]his know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away,” illustrating the characteristics of true darkness.
Wishing you grace and blessings on your journey towards the light.
